Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to any statute or statutory provision include any amendment, re-enactment, or replacement of that provision.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the 33gbd platform and all of its services is restricted to individuals who satisfy the following eligibility criteria without exception. Failure to meet any one of these criteria disqualifies a person from registering or maintaining an account on 33gbd.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform. This is an absolute requirement. 33gbd will suspend and permanently close any account where the holder is found to be under 18 years of age, and any funds in the account will be forfeited.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons who lack full legal capacity — including those under legal guardianship — may not register.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account on 33gbd. Operating multiple accounts, whether simultaneously or sequentially, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Personal use only: You must register and use the account solely for your own personal entertainment. Accounts may not be operated on behalf of a third party or for commercial purposes.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on 33gbd or any other gambling platform at the time of registration. Circumventing a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Accurate information: All registration information you provide — including your name, date of birth, address, and payment method details — must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date throughout the life of your account.

Account Registration & Security

To access 33gbd services, you must complete the registration process by providing the information requested on the registration form. By submitting a registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and belongs to you personally.

Account credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 33gbd will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any unsolicited request for your credentials, treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.

Account security obligations. You agree to: (a) choose a strong, unique password for your 33gbd account; (b) log out of your account when using a shared or public device; (c) notify 33gbd immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account; and (d) keep your registered email address and mobile number current so that security notifications reach you.

Identity verification (KYC). 33gbd operates a Know Your Customer process. Players will be required to verify their identity before their first withdrawal can be processed. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Bangladeshi National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 90 days) and proof of payment method may also be requested. 33gbd reserves the right to request updated verification documents at any time.

1. Incomplete verification: If a player does not complete identity verification within a reasonable period of being notified, 33gbd reserves the right to restrict withdrawals or suspend the account until verification is complete.
2. Inconsistent information: If the information provided during verification does not match the information provided during registration, 33gbd will investigate and may require additional documentation before restoring full account access.
3. Third-party accounts: Accounts must be funded using payment methods that belong to the registered account holder. Deposits from third-party bKash, Nagad, or bank accounts will be returned and may result in account suspension.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on 33gbd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 33gbd supports a range of payment methods that are native to the Bangladesh market, including mobile financial services and major Bangladeshi banks.

Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change. The current list of active payment methods is displayed in the cashier section of the platform.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100 via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Minimum amounts for bank transfers may differ and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing times: Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are targeted to complete within 15 to 30 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfers to Bangladeshi institutions are targeted to complete within 1 to 3 hours. Processing times may extend during periods of high demand or scheduled maintenance.
• Verification requirement: Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before a player's first withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals submitted before KYC is complete will be held in a pending state until verification is finalised.
• Refusal of transactions: 33gbd reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected. Players will be notified in writing where a transaction is declined.

Dormant account charges. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. 33gbd reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts, deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or activity resumes. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

No credit or loans. 33gbd does not extend credit to players under any circumstances. All gameplay must be funded from a positive account balance. Negative account balances are not permitted and any accidental negative balance arising from a technical error will be corrected without the player incurring a debt obligation.

Bonuses & Promotions

33gbd offers bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these specific terms before claiming any bonus.

General bonus principles. The following principles apply to all bonuses and promotions on 33gbd unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

1. Wagering requirements: Most bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (for example, 30x). This means the bonus amount — and in some cases the deposit amount — must be wagered the stated number of times before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly in the promotion terms.
2. Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely. The contribution rates for each game category are stated in the promotion terms.
3. Expiry: Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the period stated in the promotion terms. Upon expiry, the uncompleted bonus and any winnings generated from it are forfeited. The account cash balance is unaffected by bonus expiry.
4. One bonus at a time: By default, only one bonus may be active in a player account at any time. A new bonus cannot be claimed until the previous bonus has been completed or has expired.
5. Abuse prevention: 33gbd reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings generated from them where the platform detects bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering between multiple accounts, exploitation of technical errors, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
6. Withdrawal during active bonus: If a player requests a withdrawal while an active bonus is present in their account, 33gbd may, at its discretion, cancel the bonus and release the cash balance for withdrawal. The bonus amount and any winnings generated solely from the bonus may be forfeited in this scenario.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on 33gbd are supplied by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

Random Number Generators (RNG). All slot and table game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems maintained by the respective game providers. These systems ensure that every outcome is statistically independent of previous outcomes and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by 33gbd, by the game provider, or by any player. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are published by the game providers and are available within each game's information panel.

Sports betting and cricket markets. Cricket and sports betting odds are updated in real time and reflect market conditions. Once a bet has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. 33gbd reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed on incorrectly displayed odds resulting from a technical fault. In such cases, the stake is returned to the player's account. Settlement of BPL, T20 international, IPL, and ICC tournament bets follows the official result declared by the relevant governing body.

Technical failures. In the event of a technical failure during a game session — including server disconnections, game crashes, or power interruptions on the player's device — 33gbd will settle the game in accordance with the data recorded on the platform's servers at the time the failure occurred. If no valid game state can be determined, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

• Maximum winnings: Individual game sessions may be subject to a maximum single-session win limit as specified in the game's individual rules. Where a maximum win applies, amounts exceeding the limit will not be credited.
• Progressive jackpots: Progressive jackpot amounts displayed on the platform are indicative and may fluctuate in real time. Jackpot wins are subject to verification by the game provider before being credited to a player's account.
• Live dealer games: Live dealer game sessions are subject to the rules of the specific game as communicated by the dealer and the on-screen interface. In the event of a dispute, the platform's recorded data is used for settlement.

Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The integrity of the 33gbd platform depends on all players engaging honestly and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another individual during registration or verification.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one player account, whether under the same or a different identity, for the purpose of circumventing account limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or any other reason.
• Money laundering: Using the 33gbd platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of laundering money or concealing the origin of funds obtained by illegal means. 33gbd complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity where required.
• Collusion: Collaborating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including sharing card information in live casino games or coordinating bets to exploit promotions.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any technical method to interact with the platform in a way that a human player could not, or to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's software.
• Chargeback abuse: Disputing legitimate transactions with a payment provider after receiving gaming services funded by those transactions. Chargebacks are investigated thoroughly and accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently closed.
• Circumventing restrictions: Attempting to access the platform after being self-excluded, suspended, or permanently closed, including by registering under a new identity or using a different device or IP address.

Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary closure. You may close your 33gbd account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 33gbd will process any pending withdrawal of your remaining balance to your verified payment method before closing the account. Please allow up to 5 business days for this process to complete.

Closure initiated by 33gbd. 33gbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
3. Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
4. Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
5. Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
6. A regulatory or legal requirement to cease providing services to the account holder.
7. Prolonged account inactivity as defined in the dormant account policy described in Section 4.

Effect of closure. Upon permanent account closure, the player's access to the platform is revoked. If the closure is the result of a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including both deposited funds and credited bonuses — may be forfeited at 33gbd's discretion. If the closure is voluntary or administrative in nature, the remaining verified cash balance will be returned to the player's payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Self-exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion through their account dashboard or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods are available in durations of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, and permanent. During a self-exclusion period, the player will be unable to log in, deposit, or participate in any game or betting market. Promotional communications will cease immediately upon activation of self-exclusion.
